INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The controller of your personal data is NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Krakowska 368, 32-080 Zabierzów, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000861826 (hereinafter: the "Controller").
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO can be contacted by post at the Controller’s registered office or by e-mail at: [email protected].
Your personal data provided in the contact form will be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and conducting related correspondence.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – "GDPR"), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form and maintaining communication related to such inquiries.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the data necessary in the contact form will make it impossible to respond to your inquiry.
Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable law and to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers) based on relevant data processing agreements.
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and conduct related correspondence, and thereafter for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend potential claims.
You have the right to: request access to your personal data, request rectification of your personal data, request erasure of your personal data, request restriction of processing, object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – UODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
